Jay heads the firm’s corporate and finance practices and has over 25 years of experience representing investors and issuers in equity and debt transactions in Israel and abroad, including real estate development, corporate mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, and leveraged buyouts. Jay also provides legal counsel to Israeli companies on a broad range of issues including technology licensing, employment and compensation matters, and corporate governance.

Jay was a partner of the late Laurent Ickovics since 1996. Prior to 1996, Jay was an associate at Goldfarb, Levy, Eran & Co.  Jay received a B.A. in History from Yeshiva College and a J.D. from the Columbia University School of Law.

 

Jay is a member of the Israeli and New York Bar Associations.
