Jason heads the firm’s technology and international real estate practices and has over 15 years of experience representing entrepreneurs and investors in real estate ventures, technology development and commercialization agreements and corporate investments.   Jason also provides legal counsel on a broad range of commercial issues for companies and individuals doing business in Israel and abroad, including trade agreements, compliance matters, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution.

Jason joined the firm in 2009 after working at leading international firms in New York City and Florida.

Jason  is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and received a B.A. (with honors) in International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Jason is a member of the Israeli and New York Bar Associations.
