Ei Clark serves as of-counsel to the firm, and advises the firm's clients regarding international, U.S. and Israeli taxation.

Eli's practice spans the areas of international, U.S. and Israeli tax, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and international transactions law. He has extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional and cross-border transactions with principal areas of expertise including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, structuring investment funds and general corporate tax advice.

Eli regularly advises clients in the areas of U.S. estate planning and has worked with U.S. and non-U.S. citizens to create effective estate plans under applicable international and U.S. tax laws. He represents individuals, corporations and investment funds in a wide range of corporate and tax matters.

 

Eli previously worked at Eitan, Pearl, Latzer & Cohen-Zedek and Dewey Ballantine and Cahill Gordon in New York.

Eli is admitted to practice in Israel, New York, Washington DC and Maryland. He has published articles in international tax journals and lectures regularly. Eli is a 1991 cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School and 1987 magna cum laude graduate of Yeshiva University.
